New Week

I decided over the weekend that I can't be tied to a laptop throughout the week and that I needed to keep my space. So unless it's a SPECTACULAR day and reason I'll be sharing my thankfulness throughout the regular work-week, or something like that.

Today, I am loving my coffee and tea relationships. I posted this picture on IG a little bit ago and I just love how much of my personality is in it. From the Eiffel Tower mugs to the specific kinds of tea I enjoy. This is a perfect morning for me; in a nutshell at least.

Why do our Favorite Clothes go Unworn?

Ladies, this past weekend I found a gem in the back of my closet. I've had it for a couple years now and I think I've only worn it once. Annnnnd here it is: This is a model. Not me or my picture. Cute, right? Well it is I SWEAR.. this picture just doesn't do it justice. Maybe that's why even though I moved to a different state (where it is much warmer and my closet is much bigger) I haven't worn it in years. I don't even know what made me try it on. It fit too tightly the last time I wore it and nothing special happened that day so I suppose I don't associate the dress with being that great. Oh, but it is. Please don't mind my princess act.. my hair is just so long and the wind here in Oklahoma City is NO JOKE.  So back to why our favorite clothes go unworn; we just don't give our clothes enough credit. Spring Showers bring Great Flowers

Many people who know me know that my favorite season is Autumn. Today, I questioned whether it may be Spring. The flowers and plants I want to decorate our outdoor space seemed to bring a special kind of life to the day. Some plants still weathered the terrible wind storms and colder temperatures that just recently passed, but like every Spring I realized just how happy the blooming and brighter colors made everyone around me.
